mvn package failes due to missing dependencies (fix included)

Hi,
I downloaded the code from trunk this morning but it failed to build with "mvn
package" due to missing dependences in the test sections:
1) modules/integration requires commons-httpclient
2) modules/soapmonitor requires servlet-api
Once these dependencies are added to the respective POMs, the build succeeds.
