You won't be able to send large data inside the envelope using Base64
binary, as it'll cause Axis2 to load the whole of data in to memory.
You should use MTOM or SwA if your data are large.

Are you getting the error on client or on server side. IIRC in the
service code of your earlier posting you were trying to do a
system.out on the binary data. This needs to be avoided in any case.
As this also makes the data to be loaded in to memory irrespective of
whether you are sending them inline or as attachments.

A wire trace using TCPMON(ws.apache.org/commons/tcpmon) for a smaller
file would help a lot to better understand what's going on..
