Ability to have XML as documentation in the wsdl

Currently documentation in the WSDL is always assumed to be a string. There may
be occasions where its in fact XML. When documentation is XML in the WSDL its
serialized escaping the invalid characters. It would be nicer if the XML was
displayed as XML it self.
