It should read getSchemaTargetNamespace and setSchemaTargetNamespacePrefix
respectively.
getSchematargetNamespace() but setSchemaTargetNamespace(String)
getSchemaTargetNamespacePrefix() but setSchematargetNamespacePrefix(String)
Additionally setNameSpacesMap(NamespaceMap) should also be deprecated.
