JavaProvider is not reestablishing its EndpointDesc object

Recent changes to the JavaDispatcher processing cause the JavaProvider to lose
information about its EndpointDescriptionImpl
I am testing a patch that removes many of the instance objects (including
EndpoingDescriptionImpl) from the JavaProvider. These
objects will be reestablished when necessary.
I am also more trace information.
