The JAX-WS Dispatch(Source) implementation detects if StAXSource is available.
StAXSource is not part of JDK 4.2 or JDK 5.0.
However, StAXSource wraps a XMLStreamReader, so it seemed to be a performant
alternative to StreamSource.
Problem:
JAXB, the main consumer of a Source in JAX-WS scenarios, does not support
StAXSource.
Other users have reported quality concerns with StAXSource.
Solution:
Quick change to the code to return the same Source (non-StAXSource) for all of
the JDK versions.
This promotes consistency.
