Following wsdl's are not working with wsdl2java tool and wsdl2c tool

I'm checking wsdl's in axis2c source.I found some wsdl's which are not working
with wsdl2java and wsdl2c tools.I'm attaching those wsdl's with the jira and
please check wsdl2java tool with attached wsdl's.
