[Axis2] How to update http:/ws.apache.org/axis2/ for Axis2 1.4

I don't know how the dev team has updated the 
http://ws.apache.org/axis2/  website for past releases, but one way to 
collaborate on the 1.4 documentation would be to setup a continuum build 
of axis2/modules/documentation on http://ws.zones.apache.org  and push 
that to http://ws.apache.org/axis2-HEAD/.   We could choose to link 
axis2-HEAD from the main site, or not.  Committers could commit changes 
and have them quickly available for review/further work.    This 
approach might encourage patches from the community.  At a minimum it 
would be a good way to see/work on the latest java-doc.... Thoughts?
