I propose releasing a new verion of Axiom (1.2.6) to align with the the release of Axis2 1.4.
To bootstrap this process, I am going to scrub the open Axiom defects and bump all defects to BLOCKER if they are needed for the 1.2.6 release (and add comments to explain that this is a candidate for 1.2.6).
