Problem:
To comply with JAXWS, the client must receive a SOAPFaultException containing a
fault code that is a javax.xml.soap.SOAPConstants.SOAP_VERSIONMISMATCH_FAULT.
Testcase:
Recreate the problem:
In the jaxws-integration module, edit the samples/MtomSampleTests.java testcase.
Change CHECK_VERSIONMISMATCH=false to CHECK_VERSIONMISMATCH=true;
Rerun the tests and it will fail with:
