I recently added a new WSDL to
modules/jaxws-integration/test-resources/wsdl/async_doclitwr2.wsdl
The "2" is due to this WSDL being very similar to async_doclitwr.wsdl. We
should get rid of the code and SEI that goes with async_doclitwr.wsdl and only
use the '2' version. This would only affect the ParallelAsyncTests and
RuntimeExceptionsAsyncMepTest, I think.
