Implementations of the WsdlGenerator interface will likely require more than
the implementation class name and the binding type to produce a WsdlComposite.
The generateWSDL method should be updated to accept a string representing the
implementation class name, and also, an EndpointDescription instance from which
much of the information about a web service endpoint can be determined.
