It is possible that a single implementation class, represented by a
DescriptionBuilderComposite on the server-side, could serve multiple ports. As
such, it would be nice to factor out port-specific information and store it on
a different object. This will allow server-side description hierarchies to be
built containing more than one EndpointDescription per ServiceDescription.
