Hi,
Try the following inside your service implementation, if you just need
to access the incoming headers.

                MessageContext messageContext = MessageContext
                                .getCurrentMessageContext();
                SOAPHeader header =messageContext.getEnvelope().getHeader();
                System.out.println(header);
