Now I knew : I can start-up a socket pool instance by Servlet.

But I'm little confuse and need confirm: How can I get the socket-pool object ? 
-- Send a http-request from AXIS server-side to the Servlet? And then the 
Servlet response the socket-pool object to the AXIS server-side ?
