wsdl2java generates service.xml with non-existing ServiceClass in case of usage
with -scn option.

when i use -scn option in wsdl2java it generates a skeleton with the name i
give, but the service.xml file that is generated still use the default
*skeleton name.
i think the service.xml should use the new name (from -scn) instead of the
default.
