The eclipse workspace project does not get refreshed after codegen

In the eclipse codegen plugin if you use wsdl2java route and specify the output
location as in the workspace, after codegeneration the workspace does not show
the added files. The user has to refresh the project to see the generated code.
The plugin should refresh the workspace after the code generation has being
done.
