The Javadoc for the calculateMaxScopeForServiceGroup(AxisServiceGroup) method
is incorrect. It states that the method "[walks] through the list of services
and [uses] the minimum of the scopes as the scope for the whole service group."
When in fact it uses the maximum of the scopes as the scope for the whole
service group.
