Observed Behavior:
<mime:content/>, <mime:mimeXml/> and <http:urlEncoded/> serialization format is
not persisted neither in the AxisBindingMessage nor in the AxisBindingOperation
objects.
Expected Behavior:
The input and output message serialization format should be persisted under the
WSDL2Constants.ATTR_WHTTP_INPUT_SERIALIZATION and
WSDL2Constants.ATTR_WHTTP_OUTPUT_SERIALIZATION property keys respectively.
