Got an NPE when running the command-line below.
$ /cygdrive/d/tools/axis2-1.4.1/bin/wsdl2java.sh -uri
http://ws.agiv.be/crabws/nodataset.asmx?WSDL -d adb -s -u --http-proxy-port ...
--http-proxy-host ...
