Hi, I am interested if you have planned to migrate from HttpClient 3.1 to the lately released HttpClient 4.0-beta1 for the next Axis2 version 1.5? HttpClient 4.0-beta1 has a much better and robust connection management code compared to HttpClient 3.x I know there are some issues (JIRAs https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-3933) that should be solved beforehand. Then some refactoring and tests should take place. Do you plan such migration?
