When attempting to return an ArrayList constrained to contain a custom POJO I
get an error that indicates that no mapping exists for a QName for the package
that contains the POJO class. A RuntimeException is raised as an AxisFault,
and the AXIOM StAXOMBuilder.next method is the location of the exception.
