I am getting the following error while trying to connect to ESPPServer (on
linux).

Trying to instantiate a ESPPClient and added the following codes to
authenticate
ESPPService s = new ESPPServiceLocator();
ESPPPortType espp = s.getESPPPort(new URL(url));

But not getting any result.
