org.apache.axis2.saaj.AttachmentTest contains test cases
(testMultipleAttachments and testMultipleAttachments2) that build attachments
from external URLs (http://www.apache.org/...). This may cause the tests to
hang for a long time on systems that are not connected to the Internet and
where the connection times out.
