See http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WSCOMMONS-201, which we came across
when we were load testing Synapse sometime back, which showed that the
universally unique ID generator indeed was generating duplicate IDs.
Unfortunately the JIRA does not say in which version the fix becomes available.
If you still see a problem, please attach a test case or steps to reproduce, I
do not think this is a problem with the NIO transport.
