axis2 1.4.1 download link is incorrect

On the website http://ws.apache.org/axis2/download.cgi . There is a problem
with a few of the links :
1) If you click on 1.4.1 in the main panel, it takes you to a page to
download 1.5. This is a significant issue as 1.4.1 cannot be downloaded.
2) The documentation links on the left panel are broken.
