Isn't it? For example, it still says that we can deploy JAXWS services as an
AAR in repository/services. I think it's only possible as a .jar in
repository/servicejars.

fyi, Jarek and DanKulp have done the hard work already. There is a axis-tck
mailing list that you can join once you sign and fax in the NDA. Then Jarek
can set you up with the TCK as well as the harness needed to run axis2.
