[Axis2Rampart] anyone know the release plan about Rampart 1.5?

Anyone know the release plan of Apache Rampart 1.5?
I use Axis2 1.5.1 and want to enable WS-Security. It seems the Apache Rampart 
1.5 is the one targeted toward Axis2 1.5.
