Attached is the server side impl for the Round 2B & 2C SOAPBuilders interop tests. I was having lots of problems with deploy tools, so the deploy.wsdd might not be correct [i hacked the changes into server-config.xml by hand]. Using a PocketSOAP based client, Axis handled everything fine with the exception of the 2DArray test, which failed with an exception.
