+1 to pulling this test. The web service has never worked for me - maybe because I'm in the UK or behind a particular firewall - it always adds a 3 minute connection timeout to my build time. Also I'm currently maintaining a bit of conditional code in the build that is not suitable for checking in because it is so specific to this test, and this is a pain.
