I think a respin is necessary before publicising the beta more widely to
avoid newcomers hitting the same set of problems. If someone can think of
appropriate wording to tell Tomcat users to put jaxrpc.jar (etc?) in the
common/lib directory, that would eliminate another common mistake.

I can certainly respin the beta (or, since this is just a doc change,
simply inject the new doc). But perhaps we should wait a bit to see
whether there are any other reasons to respin? Glyn, I know you also fixed
the release-notes doc. Anyone know of anything else that should go into a
respin? Should I wait a day or two?

Hi,
I've just setup Axis Beta 1 on a fresh box, spotted a tweak needed to
the install doc
Step 5
log4j.jar is now log4j-core.jar
you also need to add the following to the classpath
commons-logging.jar
tt-bytecode.jar
