I think at this section the user's guide is on alpha state. This was
changed to comply to javax.xml.rpc.encoding.
As you can see the user's guide refers to
"org.apache.axis.encoding.BeanSerializer" which is now
org.apache.axis.encoding.ser.BeanSerializer.
