Well, our Tuesday chat meeting came and went without any participation. Does that mean people aren't interested in a face-to-face meeting? Does that mean the interest is really only Glen, Tom, Rich, and I? I hope not, so I'll poll everyone one more time. PLEASE respond to this note if you'd be interested in attending an AXIS face-to-face meeting. Sometime early/mid May. Probably a couple days long. IBM can host it here in Austin, TX. I don't want to put words in his mouth, but I believe Glen/Macromedia might be willing to host it outside Boston, too. Where/when/how long will be determined once we get a list of interested parties. I'll collect names for the next couple days. Let's try to make some decisions Thursday morning.

A few of us think a face-to-face meeting would be a good idea and we'd like anyone interested to get on the chat to discuss it. If you can't make the chat, you can always respond to this note. Topics for the face-to-face would include: - future architectural direction. - restructuring of tests - code reviews (particularly tests and samples) - (fill in the blank...) Things we should determine during the chat: - who is interested in attending - when should it be held (probably no sooner than a month from now) - where should it be held (based on who is willing to host it and where the participants are located) Other questions that need to be answered shortly after the chat: - the agenda (the topics above + ...?) - the length of the meeting, which will probably depend on how big the agenda is Anything else we need for a face-to-face?
