Just a question that came up when I were reading the Axis Architecture
Guide.


What is the relationship between GOFs design pattern "Chain of
Responsibility" and Handlers / Targeted Chains in Axis?
Maybe it seems obvious for you, but I think it would be helpful if you
mention the similarities, as well as the differences between the two.
