1. When should we have the face-to-face? Some folks have said my suggested dates are good for them, but they're not good for Sam Ruby. Either the week before or the week after would work for him. (We don't have to change the date just because he can't be there, but we can discuss it.) 2. Are we ready for a beta 2?
