When I set up TCPmon to listen to port 8080, I get an error :JVM-Bind : address is in use, as a red color message in the request area of tcpmon GUI. If I stopped Tomcat, then I could start tcpmon, but then I can not restart Tomcat. I get a similar error upon starting. what is going on?
