I did exactly what you said. This time, I don't get an exception, but I also don't get any requests/responses traces in the GUI when I access web services (e.g. running CalClient, or stock quote). Is that the way it supposed to work and show traces? or I am missing something here? I am really confused, because the tcpmon GUI picture in the axis documentations actually shows port 8080 as the listening port (look yourself in the userguide, tcpmon picture; it shows Port 8080 Tab) Thanks for your help Adel
