The WSDL generated by .NET isn't supported by Axis:

<s:element minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="1" name="QueryTitlesResult">
 <s:complexType>
  <s:sequence>
    <s:element ref="s:schema" /> 
    <s:any /> 
  </s:sequence>
 </s:complexType>
</s:element>

Axis should probably recognize that it can't deal with this an create a stub
that uses a SOAPElement for this message.
