Two things:
   - addParameter example fails because now setReturnType is necessary.
     Updated the discussion to ensure setReturnType is used.

     I'm not sure I understand.  Do you mean the
   samples/userguide/example2/TestClient.java failed?  Or just the code in
   the user's guide?  They SHOULD be identical.  I see you added some
   commented code to TestClient, but no real code, so if that failed it'll
   still fail.


     - Use org.apache.axis.Constants instead of
   org.apache.axis.encoding.XMLType

     This actually isn't necessary (but you didn't know this).  JAX-RPC
   version 0.9 specifies a javax.xml.rpc.encoding.XMLType constants file
   that contains stuff almost exactly like ours.  So this will change yet
   again once we add the javax XMLType file.
