We've been asked to clean up xml.apache.org.  AXIS is a minor hitter on
that machine, but we may as well do our part.  I removed the beta1
candidate distribution files.  We didn't have a link to them and no-one was
using them (no reason for them after beta 1 came out).

My question for the community is:  any reason to keep the alpha
distribution files around?  I haven't read any alpha 3 comments on
axis-user for months.

I say +1 to removing them (and all links to them, of course).  Other
opinions?
