Argh. I've fixed this in my sandbox by doing the work to remove the ClassRep/FieldRep system and just use the BeanPropertyDescriptors/TypeDescs to handle WSDL generation, but we'll have to consult the team to see if that should go into beta-2 or not as it's a pretty major change.
