Axis does not send the contents of the faults over the wire.

1)  I propose making changes to the Axis code to serializer/deserialize the contents of a user fault within
a <contents> element within the <details> element.

Does this seem reasonable ?  Tom, you implemented the initial fault mapping support.  Do you remember
why the contents of the fault are not sent over the wire ?  Is there any specification which defines the wire format
for the contents of a fault ?

2)  I don't want to do this for all exceptions, just the user faults declared in the wsdl file.  So perhaps we need
an AxisUserFault which extends AxisFault.  And the emitted exceptions should extend AxisUserFault ?

Comments please!

Because the w3c ws-desc conference call is 8AM pacific on Thursdays....

I would think this could be either a bi-weekly or as-needed call, and as such we could do it on Wednesdays, with an agenda informed by the previous day's chat.  Thoughts?
