+1 for Wednesday, 8:00.  (+0 for the other options - in other words they
all work for me, but Wed 8 works best)

+1 for weekly.  I think biweekly would be better, but we can always decide
on a week-to-week basis whether we should have a call that week.

Because the w3c ws-desc conference call is 8AM pacific on Thursdays....

I would think this could be either a bi-weekly or as-needed call, and as
such we could do it on Wednesdays, with an agenda informed by the previous
day's chat.  Thoughts?
