Subject: [axis] Enumerated data types
Any objections to the following change?
Please note new class org.apache.axis.utils.Enum, and inner-class
org.apache.axis.description.ServiceDesc.Style
Summary: Use a enumerated data-type instead of constant integers, that
provides OO mechanisms to obtain integer, name, and other attributes that
prove useful throughout the code. Removes a few 'if-else' and 'case'
statements. etc.
I would move the inner class Style out to it's own file before commiting.
(See attached file: patch)
