WSDL2Java Doesn't support xsd:time

If we map this to the Java Calendar class, we will not produce WSDL with the 
same type, it will map to xsd:dateTime.

This will be a problem when going from WSDL->Java->WSDL, but I believe we 
already have this problem with xsd:date.
