I got on DALnet this morning with just a few problems. I got kicked off
once. Tried again and while it took a while I'm in.

Is anyone else having problems connecting to IRC? I'm getting "connection
refused" errors all over the place....
I'm going to hop on to Undernet (irc.undernet.org) in the meanwhile, and
keep trying DALnet too.
