There is no "start page", there is a "welcome page" or an index.html page 2. From that page, go to "View" (http://localhost:8080/axis/servlet/AxisServlet) Click on either or both of the links. Neither of these links will display on a non-Internet Explorer Browser. 3. When running validate, I received errors indicating no mlsec.jar, mail.jar or activation.jar but none of these are mentioned in the installation instructions.
