Looks like the problem has been fixed in latest cvs. See my graph.zip. I ran
Java2WSDL against the 2 java files and then ran WSDL2Java  against the generated
WSDL. Am not getting the "java.io.IOException: Type
{http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema} is referenced but not defined." problem. So
am closing this bug. Please feel free to reopen the bug if necessary.
