  Added:       java/src/org/apache/wsif/wsdl
                        AuthenticatingProxyWSDLLocatorImpl.java
  Log:
  New java.wsdl.xml.WSDLLocator implementation which allows a wsdl document
  to be retrived through an authenticating proxy.
