Presumably this is directed at all the people for who might depend on SimpleAxisServer being singlethreaded, or for those people that need to produce uncompilable code from WSDLs for which there is an unsupported binding. Other than docs and a sample build.xml, this is all that went in since rc2. - Sam Ruby
